Shipping Poilicy


We strive with professional excellance to deliver the products you purchased from in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We here by request you to go through our shipping policy before making any purchase from our website.

How do we ship?

All confirmed orders with receipt of 100% payment in advance, which we receive before 12 Noon of each day are dispatched on the same day from our central godown in SIVAKASI to respective logistic partners assigned for dispatch to respective destinations.

Our logistic partners will issue a “LR Copy” against the receipt of goods from us. All the goods will be sent by “To Pay” basics, meaning the freight charges from SIVAKASI to your destination (Example say Coimbatore) will be paid by yourself before taking delivery of goods.

The “LR COPY” with details of logistic partner name, contact person, contact addresses and contact phone number will be scanned and sent you by email. Our customer service executive will also inform the same over phone to you.

The goods will reach your destination as specified in the delivery chart based on the distance of your destination from SIVAKASI.

How are orders placed on delivered to me?

All orders placed on are dispatched through our Logistics partners assigned for each destination. We do not use Speed Post to deliver our goods. All our goods are transported in specified transport vehicles specially recommended for mobilizing crackers.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging in to your account. It may take up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on your account from the date and time of dispatch. We will also send you the scanned copy of “LR COPY to you by email. You can also call our customer care executive 73730 10255 & 73730 11255 at any time between 9 am to 6 pm on week days to collect your dispatch details.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are varies with each destination.

We incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us  offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by some destination, if you shop with us for a minimum predefined value.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Each destination has its own delivery time. Please refer delivery chart for more assistance. Usually the confirmed paid orders we receive before 12 Noon on each day will be dispatched on the same day from our warehouse in SIVAKASI. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped to from the location of our warehouse.

You cannot ship to my area, Why?

At present we are despatching through our logistic partners assigned for respective destination within Tamilnadu only.

I need to return an item, how do I do it?

We do not take any return of goods.

Do you deliver internationally?

As of now, we don’t deliver items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but please ensure the delivery address should be within Tamilnadu.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your order until it has been processed in our warehouse by calling our customer care executive in 73730 10255 & 73730 11255. You should cancel the order before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse to our logistic partners. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be received back, we credit the amount into your account in the form of Cash back. In case if the goods have already left our warehouse, you have to pay the freight charges. It will be informed you over phone.

Note: Once we dispatched from our warehouse, the goods belongs to yourself, so you only the payable person at all cases.
